The Accounting Manager oversees Fermata's accounting processes, including the receipt & accuracy of all royalty reports & payments specific to the terms of license agreements, compliance with revenue share obligations with the company's clients, & the appropriate accounting for the related transactions & obligations. Further, the individual in this position will work collaboratively with others on the team to support the unit's financial needs & will provide meaningful input into the continued success of the business through involvement in long-term revenue forecasts, deal modeling & other accounting & financial analysis functions. The Accounting Manger should be a strategic thinker capable of mastering complex & sophisticated deal terms & understanding the implications to act as an advisor to the business on financial matters.
