What Youll Do

As DV continues to grow rapidly in size & complexity, there is a need to expand & strengthen the in-house creative team with the addition of a Designer. The Designer will work closely with the Sr. Creative Director & wider marketing team to uphold DVs strong visual brand through both digital & print production.

Emails & Monthly Newsletters

  • Within the first 90 days, conduct an audit of our email & newsletter templates & provide recommendations on visual updates
  • Work with Sr. Creative Director & marketing operations team to create images & visual guidelines for all newsletters, event promotion emails, & product update announcements.
  • Support ongoing email development & landing page updates

Website Maintenance

  • Produce & manage creative assets for website blog that help draw readers in & encourage engagement with our thought leadership pieces
  • Work with Content Development Manager to make sure all website assets are kept up to date
  • Assist with design exploratory for website redesign

Video Support

  • Support Creative Director with the creation of animated explanatory videos
  • Edit videos of virtual event recordings to support the event team
  • Create unique sizzle reels for case studies & reports
  • Within the first 6 months assist in the development of video creative guidelines

Internal Comms

  • Under the guidance of the Sr. Creative Director, work with our people experience team on the development of unique assets & communications
  • Develop visual identity systems for internal divisions that align with the corporate visual guidelines
  • Work with fellow creative team members to ensure unique visuals are consistent across our internal website, social & more

Marketing & Creative Efforts

  • Support all areas of design from project execution to completion
  • Conduct design research to provide insight on industry trends in an effort the support DVs innovative brand
  • Support Sr.Creative Director with the design of marketing reports, guides & product collateral
  • Use effective time management & organizational skills to maintain workflows & meet deadlines
  • Follow projects from concept to final approval working with team members from multiple departments
  • Develop & edit complex presentations as part of sales support

Who you are 

  • Proficient with Adobe CS products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in After Effects & Premiere Pro creating animated & non-animated videos
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in Google Slides & Google Docs
  • 3-4 years experience with a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of design rules & principles
  • Strong eye for detail & aesthetic
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Self-starter who is able to initiative to propose new ideas & projects
  • Passionate about visual problem solving & graphic design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of print production a plus
