About the Role:
The Opendoor Performance Marketing team is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager role who can drive ambitious growth goals for Opendoor. The role will touch multiple channels, with a particular focus on working Opendoor's rapidly growing Direct Mail program. We are looking for a full-stack growth marketer. In addition to Direct Mail, this role provides the opportunity to create growth in additional channels. Our ideal candidate is rooted in data analytics, strategic critical thinking & complex problem solving. You can seamlessly move from strategy to execution, managing large scale paid channel investments, & owning targeting, creative, & budget management. You can independently run & operate a channel strategy with proven experience managing paid channels across a dynamic funnel. We're looking for a team player whocan wear multiple hats, & act from ownership to drive growth. This role reports to a Performance Marketing Channel Lead & sits within a team of experienced leaders across Performance Marketing, Product & Brand Marketing, & Lifecycle Marketing.
