In this role, part of the Field Engineering team, you will partner with a team of experienced Account Executives in delivering technical & product support in driving new business.
You will be responsible for owning the technical relationship during a sales cycle which includes:
- assessing & analysing business needs from both technical & functional clients
- delivering value-focused product demonstrations
- leading Proof-Of-Concept implementations from concept through execution
- properly educating prospects on Algolia implementations (architecture, patterns, ) & product features
- providing feedback to the product team, & inform other teams internally on product & technical gaps
The Field Engineering team at Algolia is made up of seasoned software architects, entrepreneurs & developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment & operations.
As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you'll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to the world's largest enterprise organizations. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, & Product, the team is critical at tying the product capabilities of Algolia to the business value of our customers & prospects.
The tasks are varied & no two days are alike. Our priorities are determined by a single question: will this help our customers be more successful?
You will be the first Senior Pre-Sales Engineer located in Paris to focus on South Europe, impacting a massive growth opportunity for our European expansion.
