Teads has an immediate opportunity for a high-level Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation & online video advertising to join our marketing & French team based in Paris

This role will be responsible for the development & execution of the Teads brand, communication strategy & marketing initiatives to broaden our visibility within the French & Belgium markets. The role will be directly responsible for ensuring Teads achieve strong consumer awareness & critical acclaim on a continuous basis.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting a variety of internal & external stakeholders, including the French sales & publishing team, global marketing & product teams.

Who are we looking for?

As the Head of Marketing France, you are a fully dedicated business leader, working with the FR Managing Director & the VP Global Marketing to shape the marketing & communication strategy for Teads France. This role will be responsible for setting a strategy that transforms the way Teads are positioned as a brand in France. The position incorporates all aspects of marketing & communication including driving a top-notch industry presence, identifying & participating in the main events, driving the right mix of events, developing key messages for all sales teams, developing & coordinating specific press relations campaigns, leveraging data & content into interesting sound bites for the press, the advertisers & the media agencies, writing & pitching in press releases or sales decks. Our vision is to be the leader in Outstream Advertising & this role is crucial to achieve this goal.

We are looking for & ambitious, highly articulate individual someone who is passionate about the marketing, ideally with already established connections within the online advertising industry.

 Responsibilities

 

- Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for Teads FR across our brands/advertisers & agency clients & our publisher portfolio

- Develop & execute Teads FRs media & local key messaging strategy across all media, including press, broadcast & publications to raise Teads profile & market Teads activities.

- Make sure all communications are in line with the global marketing strategy set by the CMO & Global VP Marketing

- Work closely with the FR sales & publishing team to ensure they are fully supported with marketing collateral & content

- Develop, coordinate, & manage specific public relations campaigns & related activities that sustain a specific image for our business & cultivates media support

- Approve, write, & pitch press releases

- Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion & scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns, & product launches

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of Teads global events programmed, including associated marketing communications plans, ensuring it is responsive to stakeholder needs & preferences

- Ensure events are delivered effectively & efficiently, our impact is consistently measured, & stakeholder intelligence is fed back into the business

- Manage, develop & implement Teads presence at a range of third-party exhibitions, working with partners to provide a cost-effective impactful presence

- Develop publicity materials (printed & email format) for Teads marketing efforts including keeping up to date the media kit

- Set (with the Managing Director FR, Global VP Marketing & CMO), monitor & forecast an accurate Marketing Budget

Requirements

- At least 8 - 10 years professional experience working in the field of communications & marketing with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communication activities media, websites, publications, marketing, social media, events, etc.

- Proven & demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of media, developing media strategies & relations, preparing press releases etc

- Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and/or advertising environment

- Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries & the opportunity that exists

- Experience working with senior marketers at agencies & global brands & expertise supporting & enabling a sales organization

- Considerable event experience & successful track record of effective delivery across the full range of communications disciplines

- Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning & marketing campaigns

- Outstanding written & oral communication skills

- Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks at the same time under pressure & in a non-precious way

- Excellent organizational & planning skills, & experience in managing communications projects from start to finish, with demonstrable experience of successful prioritization & allocation of resources

- Proven experience working with social media platforms, such as Linkedin, IG

- Excellent writing skills

- Excellent spoken & written English

- Proven to be a proactive & diligent self-starter with an ability to co-ordinate & priorities, utilizing resources effectively

- Strong organizational skills with very high attention to detail

- Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization & externally

- Computer literate with good MS Office Skills
