Warby Parker is on the lookout for an energetic, dynamic Senior Recruiter to join a team that helps bring the absolute best talent to Warby Parker (kind of like you!). In this fun, fast-paced role, youll manage the full-cycle hiring process for an ever-growing number of roles across our organization. Sound cool? Read on!

What youll do:

  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions, hiring plans, & interview teams
  • Proactively source diverse & underrepresented candidates & build strong pipelines for your open roles
  • Work with the hiring team to ensure that the interview process runs smoothly & efficiently, focusing specifically on the candidate experience
  • Track & report on key metrics for your open roles
  • Attend industry events that help introduce Warby Parker to incredible talent
  • Look for ways to continually improve our recruiting process
  • Support ad hoc projects throughout the year

Who you are:

  • Backed by 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience at a fast-growing company
  • Experienced at filling a variety of roles across multiple job functions & employee levels
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems
  • Incredibly proactiveyou thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-volume environment
  • Equipped with superb communication skills, which help you build relationships with both internal stakeholders & candidates
  • Process & metrics-driven; comfortable using data to inform your decision-making
  • Able to drive results & work with a sense of urgency 
  • Unflappably adaptable & flexible
  • An engaged team player whos excited to help create a positive professional environment

The salary range for the Senior Recruiter role in New York City is $74,275 - $85,000. Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience & skills, qualifications & location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus & an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details & eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
