About the Job

TaskRabbit is looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join its European Operations team in London. The team is responsible for growing & supporting the huge community of Taskers across our European markets. This role is focused on further enhancing one of our most successful operations programmes that sits at the core of our business being an instrumental pillar in our growth plans. 

In this journey you will be supported by a talented regional & global operations team & implement your ideas with the help of 25+ agents & make a direct difference for a community of thousands of Taskers.

Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in driving further our most successful operations programme across Europe. You have a strategic & entrepreneurial mindset & are excited about solving new & old problems. You are a black belt in getting to the root cause of problems, working interdependently across departments & map out the solutions & requirements to all stakeholders. You are inspired by making sure that customers who use TaskRabbit have a great experience & come back many times over. This role reports to the Strategy Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of leading & continuously developing our core operation programmes across Europe.
  • Responsible for implementing & successfully running all the operational programmes applicable to your country being accountable for meeting the KPIs of each.
  • Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings & create suggestions for strategic, product & operational improvements & changes.
  • Manage & report the performance of our operational programs in multiple European markets.
  • Lead & assist the agents from our outsourced partner to ensure they have the information, training & context to deliver their best outcome
  • Support the management team with regular performance reports, deep dives on business critical topics & forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an operational role with a proven track record.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, eagerness to get stuck in, high attention to detail & robust organizational ability.
  • Comfortable with data manipulation (good knowledge of Excel/GSheets & experience with Looker or a similar tool desirable) & analytical rigor, as you track & analyse metrics & situations to improve outcomes & make recommendations
  • Organizational skills: You must be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem-solving multiple multi-faceted scenarios at once--all while keeping your tasks in order & organized.
  • Resilience & flexibility to adapt to an ambiguous & constantly changing environment.
  • Proactive attitude as we grow the business & we uncover more unknowns
