As Compensation Business Partner, you will work with leadership & cross-functional partners to design & build innovative, competitive & analytically driven compensation programs aligned with Asanas compensation philosophy & values. You will consult with People Partners & managers & drive data-backed decision making for all teams, in all countries Asanas are found.
