Teads is seeking to hire a Global Reward Manager / C&B Manager
Based in our Paris office (hybrid work possible), you will be responsible for implementing, managing & continuously improving our compensation & benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a regular benchmark: salary surveys & analysis of market trends, elaborate reports on market competitiveness & positioning
- HR Mapping: in charge of the global leveling exercise & responsible for cascading down in each country in collaboration with HR Leads.
- Define, implement & ensure the evolution of salary policies, bonus systems, benefits & procedures, in line with Corporate policies & governance
- Guarantee the remuneration at an overall competitive level, internally equitable, control salary costs by optimizing employees income
- Data collection of all HR figures among different teams (payroll, training, talent management, etc) in order to provide the employee with an exhaustive overview of the compensation & benefit package.
- Social reporting: Monthly management of people costs management, remuneration & social benefits matters. Optimization & automatization of our people costs management tool.
- Ensure the consistency of data
Experience/Background:
- Experience in rewards management including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding, & incentive compensation
- Proven experience conducting global pay market analysis & building out global compensation plans
- Positive & energetic attitude while analyzing situations
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze & interpret data, to understand trends & develop recommendations based on analysis
- Experience in high-growth environment working with compensation & reward programs in a global, large-scale corporate environment
- Detail & process-oriented

- Fluent English, French
