We're seeking a proactive, detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support CLEAR's Talent Acquisition Team. CLEAR is growing rapidly & this person will partner with our recruiters on scheduling, booking travel, interview facilitation, & improving the efficiency of our interview process. 

What you will do:

• Ownership of end-to-end recruiting support inclusive of posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onsite facilitation, candidate communication, background checks & follow-ups
• Drive a high-touch candidate journey with both candidates & recruiters 
• Act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team to both internal & external stakeholders, promoting operational best practices in an ever changing environment

The base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
