Coursera is looking for a capable, motivated IT Support Specialist to help support our growing team at Coursera & ensure we have the best working environment technically.This is a forward facing position which requires versatility, attention to detail & troubleshooting skills. In this role, you will be the front facing contact to manage IT requests ranging from break/fix issues, SaaS administration, asset management, MacBook deployment, onboarding, & infrastructure engineering. We run a fast-paced, but casual office, in a supportive atmosphere. As part of a small IT team, you'll wear lots of hats & gain plenty of valuable experience.
