Job Purpose

We are hiring a Business Development Analyst to play a vital role in Gympass' expansion by contacting & building relationships with potential clients nationwide. This role is located in our New York location.

What You'll Do

  • Bring a creative, growth hacker mentality to work, day in & day out.
  • Test new growth strategies & tactics, analyze results, then suggest & implement new strategies processes based on those results.
  • Map & identify clients to contact via phone, e-mail, & other creative channels.
  • Collaborate with the business development team & educate them on details of opportunities.
  • Market research
  • Clean up current contact & account database
  • Collaborate with global Operations teams to identify & implement best practices
  • Design processes & collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain & improve efficiency & effectiveness
  • Execute quality assurance & quality control for internal processes relating to future & current B2B clients & application data
  • Support sales & account management teams with any inquiries regarding the tools & systems used
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to guarantee consistent & effective flow of communication to future & current customers
  • Data analysis regarding B2B sales funnel & conversion rates
  • Become the go to person regarding new & existing target industries across multiple sectors & geographies.
  • Continually seek & take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at industry events.
  • Roll-up your sleeves & help when needed.

You Should Have

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 1-3+ years experience in business development, marketing & data analytics
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities & projects
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Tenacious & goal oriented
  • Must have authorization to work in the US
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel required
  • Knowledge of sales CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) preferred
  • Critical & analytical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently & as a team
  • Strong communication skills
