What youll be doing:

-Generating business solutions through constant modification of existing business intelligence solutions in order to deliver the highest possible value to the business

-Designing applications consistent with established business requirements & specifications; developing clear & well-structured analytical plans & analyzing large data-sets

-Overseeing & conducting the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions

-Collaborating with our Product, Marketing, & Engineering teams to shape the businesss data infrastructure & create new data products

-Developing KPIs within the business to identify trends & evaluate the success of the businesss initiatives

-Identifying the needs of customers through user research, stakeholder collaboration, & analysis of data

-Gathering business & technical requirements to create & present comprehensive solutions & implementation plans for client delivery

-Designing & completing implementation of technical data integrations

-Managing delivery of data sets from existing partners, while seeking to improve & expand coverage

-Creating & implementing internal documentation & workflow tools to improve evaluation & identification of data sources

-Collaborating with business units to conduct a range of analysis to facilitate better understanding of the data

-Developing a deep understanding of the relationship between business process, systems, & underlying data

-Helping end users find & access & effectively leverage data needed for analysis & reporting

-Researching & advocating for processes & system changes that have the potential to improve the impact of data over time

-Documenting & sharing learnings about data with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree required; MS/MBA in quantitative field is preferred

- 5+ years experience working with various transactional and/or analytical database systems in a quantitative or analytical role

- Experience with business intelligence tools

- Demonstrated ability to define a problem, frame it for a broad audience, & collaborate with others to formulate solutions

- Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards that are impactful & have a meaningful narrative

- Experience with financial reporting is a plus
