The Tools Admin/Program Analyst is responsible for operating & maintaining the LMS tools & systems used by the SCC Learning & Performance team.  The health & performance of these tools are critical to ensuring the educational quality & performance of our employees & third party partners, as well as our ability to meet customer needs. This role is highly collaborative & will encompass communicating with other SCC Learning & performance leaders, to help us scale our organization, as well as deliver & measure learning solutions for our global teams in the  Safety & Customer Cares organization through current & future toolsets in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the training team members to execute creative & engaging training programs that help the team achieve & exceed individual & team goals
  • Assists Learning & Performance team in content development & facilitation
  • Support LMS needs through feedback, surveys, interviews with SMEs, & consultation with leaders
  • Responsible for provisioning/deprovisioning, uploading/configuring eLearning content, & learning management system to ensure the end-users best experience
  • Responsible for the maintenance & execution of tools to deliver materials that promote learning through self-study, practice, performance support, socialization,  & knowledge-sharing
  • Monitor SCC LMS issues & drive for timely resolutions with internal teams & suppliers, including creating & managing trouble tickets 
  • Manages & updates learning plans & resources to ensure the business goals for learning for each kpi, service line, & global partner learning needs are available within the LMS content
  • Perform data & learning analysis on LMS effectiveness by evaluating participant satisfaction, learning, positive change in operations, the impact of business results, & return on investment (ROI.)
  • Ensure & drive best practices standardization across all projects, content, & sites

Experience:

  • Background in IT and/or LMS Administration (ie Docebo, Cornerstone, Absorb, or similar) in a startup environment  
  • 3+ years experience in tools administration 
  • Experience with analysis & visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, & Google Sheets
  • Experience with LMS environments & elearning content authoring tools (i.e Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Google Slides, etc.)
  • Preferred experience with multimedia formats, production and/or graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage & balance multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, including the ability to quickly move between tasks
  • Experience using issue tracking & documentation tools like Zendesk, JIRA & Confluence
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, & consistency
  • Commitment to teamwork & proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing virtual or e-learning courses for global audiences with diverse educational & cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently with timely & appropriate follow up
  • Demonstrates analytical & critical thinking abilities
