WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth for Blue Aprons core product across a portfolio of digital channels including Paid Social, Sponsored Content, & Influencers. This role will operate as both a channel owner & a strategic planner, requiring hands on management of channels as well as planning of longer term strategies around product launches, channel expansion, & brand partnerships.

WHAT'S ON THE MENU

  • Actively run day-to-day digital marketing channels across Paid Social, Sponsored Content, & Influencers; oversee creative development, copywriting, audience targeting, experiment design, & KPI reporting
  • Work closely with product, analytics, & engineering to drive both ideation & execution of experiments to improve conversion rates, CPRs, ROAS, & LTV across relevant channels
  • Own marketing forecast & budget allocation, working with data analytics team & other marketing channel owners to improve ROI & drive down CPRs
  • Serve as main point of contact for applicable vendor & agency partners

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS

  • Minimum 3-4 years professional experience including at least 2 years personally managing performance marketing channels
  • Advanced working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Intermediate to advanced skills working with BI tools (e.g. Looker)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills able to communicate with various stakeholders across different functions & levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & results-driven environment
