We are adding an experienced Compensation & Analytics Consultant to partner directly with internal and external clients, to help assess, build and scale our clients' people functions.
We are looking for someone with impressive core skills in people analytics and reporting. Our analytics consultants create custom, best-in-class tools that enable our HR consultants to bring data-driven, fact-based insights to our clients. We provide a full range of people solutions across HR disciplines, including org design and compensation, recruiting, performance management, L&D, and custom programs from strategy to culture to people policies.
As a Compensation & Analytics Consultant, you will report to our Head of Compensation & People Analytics and will learn everything about HR analytics and play a key role in optimizing existing and creating new systems, tools, and processes.
Support our clients with our compensation and levels analysis product as well as other analysis projects.
Build on existing and create new ways to analyze compensation data and trends.
Provide analysis on a wide variety of human resources data including employee survey analysis, recruiting reporting, retention metrics (among others!) for our clients and internally at Gray Scalable
You understand the art & science of compensation and best practices around compensation design.
Olympic-level Excel/Google Sheets skills. You have extensive experience in formulas and spreadsheets and enjoy coming up with creative ways to use them.
You have the ability to see beyond the spreadsheet - pulling out insights and trends from the data. You know how to put data findings into context for realistic, actionable recommendations.
HR/Recruiting experience - a general familiarity with HR functional areas and a strong interest in the field is essential
Project management and communication skills - effective communication within our team and to our clients is critical
Experience with startup-friendly ATSes, like Greenhouse or Lever is a big plus; Familiarity with Tableau also a plus.
An eagerness to learn, an aptitude for collaboration, and a good sense of humor.
