We are looking for a highly engaged & highly strategic TA Lead excited to solve one of our most crucial problem spaces: scaling & growing Klarna with the right tech talents, at the right time.
You'll use & iterate frameworks to lead & develop your team of dedicated talent acquisition experts in meeting their individual & group hiring goals. You'll coach & develop them whilst working with, & supported by, our most senior tech competence sponsors & business leaders.
With a mix of creativity & a data driven mindset, you'll own your team's strategic roadmap to experiment solutions on how to attract & hire the right tech talent for Klarna with your team.
You'll own & steer initiatives to implement & iterate in your problem space & explore novel attraction & engagement activities to acquire expert talent. In the process of doing so, you'll be creating one of the most unique recruitment organizations in the world.
