We are searching for an exceptional Sales Compensation Administrator to be a partner to our Sales, Success & Finance teams. As the Sales Compensation Administrator, you will support our Sales & Success team in ensuring consistent, accurate & timely application of our compensation plans & practices. You will juggle many competing projects, implement & maintain incentive plans, policies & programs & work across multiple teams to help solve complex problems. You will work closely with the Sales & Success leaders, Finance, & HR to make our Go To Market Teams successful.
