The Role

Were looking for a thoughtful, collaborative individual to provide support to our Executive leadership team members. In this role, the Executive Assistant will work closely with & report to the Deputy Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate has a service-first mindset for the Executives they support, external Clients & Board members, & internal staff. Through strong business acumen & communication, the  Executive Assistant will serve as a partner to their Executives, critically prioritizing the tasks which will allow the Executive to achieve their best & win back time in their day. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management for C-Level executives
  • Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda-setting, preparation of materials, & occasional note-taking
  • Organize external events, travel, & itineraries, liaising with external partners as needed 
  • Correctly communicate information, anticipating needs, & connecting dots for the executive team
  • Execute monthly expense reports
  • Provide event support, order catering/ liaise on-site as needed
  • Assists the Deputy Chief of Staff on larger projects

  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), & can tailor their communication to different audiences, including Executives, Clients, & internal staff 
  • Impeccable time-management with demonstrated ability to multitask & prioritize
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, & Zoom
  • Professional mindset & the utmost discretion
