What We Need

Were looking for a strong Personnel Analyst.  This individual should have a strong desire to forecast, administer & execute the multiple types of compensation plans of the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, administer & forecast personnel costs, including incentive compensation plans, for the company business model, collaborating with HR to forecast personnel resources
  • Work closely with VP, Controller & SVP, People to process regular on cycle payroll as well as quarterly bonus & commission payroll cycles
  • Analyze, administer & forecast outsourced contractor expenses
  • Reconcile expected personnel costs between the personnel model & semi-monthly payrolls
  • Manage cap table utilizing carta system, process option grants, & option exercises & annual tax reporting
  • Support financial footnotes regarding stock option accounting & other footnotes related to equity & perform reconciliations to carta
  • Managing day to day activity on our 401k system (Fidelity)
  • Review changes to HRIS system to ensure payroll is processed accurately & as authorized
  • Manage T&E process utilizing Expensify
  • Other ad hoc projects supporting Finance & HR

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years experience in an accounting or finance role, personnel administration a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education & experience Finance 
  • Strong Excel skills & experience with TriNet, NetSuite, carta, Expensify, Fidelity 401k, a plus
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships & rapport within & across teams
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
