Teads is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will work in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team & Sales teams. This person will be the main point of contact for our global sales enablement tools. This will include training, adoption, & best practices for Salesforce & a dedicated focus on management of Seismic, our content sharing platform. This role will be instrumental in understanding & evaluating our existing solutions, identifying future enablement opportunities, & prioritizing training solutions to maximize adoption & sales growth. Location can either be in London or New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales, technical, L&D, Product & marketing teams to ensure collaboration & alignment
  • Devise enablement programs to address faps focusing on high-impact initiatives
  • Develop, deliver & maintain sales enablement programs
  • Develop processes, training & tools to keep the sales team up to date with the latest product
  • Maintenance of content within Salesforce & Seismic platforms
  • Implementation of best practices & ongoing organization of our sales enablement platforms
  • Development & ownership of best-in-class sales enablement platform training & adoption for all new hires 
  • Align with key stakeholders across multiple teams to establish the most effective ways to distribute & promote collateral internally
  • Strategic utilization of consistent platform reporting with a focus on identifying the strongest marketing collateral & an optimized sales learning experience 
  • Act as liaison between sales enablement platform representatives & internal employees to answer inquiries & troubleshoot
  • Work alongside our external sales enablement platform team to stay aware of all new product offerings or enhancements 
  • Identify opportunities for automation & expansion of adoption of the platform

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years experience in the digital marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement fields; experience as a lead in training or learning & development preferred
  • Excellent written & oral skills, with the ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced media environment
