About the role

Oscars Executive Assistants ensure tight operations & time management for our Executive leaders. Responsibilities include standard administrative duties, such as managing calendars, meetings, time prioritization & availability, VIP guests, T&E, etc.. Executive Assistants also serve as a link between business segments, making sure administrative & business office operations across the company are optimized & leverage best practices.

You will report to a Senior Executive Assistant. This is a Hybrid role: You will work part of the time in the NYC office & part of the time in a remote / work-from-home capacity. #LI-Hybrid

The potential base pay for this role is $76,000 - $99,750. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar, including prioritization of sensitive matters
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate for your executives business office (eg onboarding)
  • Manage senior leaders travel & expense management processes, including travel arrangements & itineraries & expense reporting submission via Concur
  • Coordinate & support meetings on behalf of your senior leaders, including 1:1s, client/vendor, team, cross-functional, town halls/all hands, etc.
  • Manage & support in-person & virtual team events aligned to the executives priorities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior level executives
  • Excellent time management, including the ability to meet deadlines or escalate in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask with ever-changing priorities  
  • Ability to act as gatekeeper & escalate relevant information to executives as needed
  • Ability to work effectively with nominal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship management skills
  • Ability to treat confidential information with exceptionally high discretion
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability on proactively identify opportunities in the near term
  • Proficiency of Google office software (e.g., calendars, docs, spreadsheets, virtual meetings)

Pay Transparency: 

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
