The Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching our new loyalty program & managing our marketing promotional strategy. This person will develop loyalty & promotional strategies to grow GMV. A successful candidate will be highly analytical & a strong partner for product, marketing, & data science teams to grow this critical chort. To be successful you are a strategic thinker, a problem solver, & a communicator who is focused on building meaningful & impactful long-term relationships with our most loyal customers. You will report to the Director of CRM. 

What youll do:

  • Launch the first-ever Slice loyalty program
  • Own end-to-end experience for loyalty members with a goal of increasing GMV & LTV
  • Partner with the product team to enhance loyalty & promotional offerings
  • Manage promotional strategy across BTC marketing channels
  • Create & test rewards/promotions across product & CRM to build sustained retention
  • Maintain a loyalty & promotional calendar & roadmap while regularly sharing out performance results, best practices & key learnings with stakeholders
  • Partner with data science & analytics to determine key leading drivers & identify audience targets key to loyalty growth
  • Work with CRM Managers to build & execute on cross-channel campaigns

What were looking for: 

  • 6+ Years experience in loyalty & promotional marketing
  • A successful track record of developing & managing personalized loyalty programs to drive measurable customer retention
  • Experience creating multi-channel strategies to improve loyalty adoption
  • Experience working with data & analytics to identify & measure customer cohorts.
  • Good understanding of how to build effective tests & can communicate results to team members across varying levels of experience & technical understanding.
  • A team player & very comfortable with collaboration as this role touches almost every team in the company
  • Accustomed to a fast paced environment
  • Strong experience defining & interpreting campaign audience data.
