The Role:

The Marketing Program Manager, Small Market Business (SMB) will work with our marketing programs, corporate marketing, field marketing & agency partners to deliver marketing campaigns, within budget & on schedule, designed to drive conversions & renewals within our small & medium business market. You will manage marketing program planning & execution, & will closely monitor & optimize campaign performance in order to set & achieve our quarterly KPIs, that span the full SMB customer lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale. Youll play a key role in building & maturing a new eCommerce path to purchase & go to market strategy for our SMB audience, working cross-functionally with teams inside & outside of marketing.

Youve been delivering marketing campaigns on-time, on-budget, & on-plan for at least 4+ years. You have experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, & are excited by optimizing messaging, offers, channels, & creative to optimize lead generation performance. You have experience with building, optimizing, & driving conversions through eCommerce experiences. You have a working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, & leading marketing analytics tools.
