What we do in Business Operations:

The B2B Business Operations team supports the global B2B sales teams with go-to-market readiness to sell new & existing products. We do this through a combination of communications, training, systems, forecasting, reporting, & analytics. This role sits within the Revenue Operations function of the BizOps team.  

We are seeking a detailed-oriented individual with a passion for data analytics & process improvements to join our team.  In this role, you will play an important role in cross-functional engagement with our Sales, Finance, & People Operations teams.  Your goal is to foster these relationships with internal stakeholders, gather required insights, & effectively deliver accurate sales targets/payouts. 

What youll do:

• Manage reporting & analysis around sales attainment & payouts to identify trends & drive business decisions

• Investigate attainment data-related inquiries, flagging common trends to implement long term solutions

• Build models to calculate quarterly sales bonus payouts

• Perform detailed audits to ensure data integrity & accuracy

• Participate in quarterly sales target setting process

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to develop process efficiencies

• Provide support for ad-hoc reporting & modeling requests

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor Degree

•  2+ years of sales operations experience; 4+ years of work experience

• Experience with data analytics & reporting; SQL knowledge preferred

• Someone who is highly organized with great attention to details

• Experience with data reporting tools, preferably Tableau

• The ability work independently & be able to manage multiple projects

• Someone who is proactive, professional & creative

• The ability to understand the implications & consequences of decisions

• Willingness to learn & desire to assume ownership of tasks & processes
