ABOUT THE ROLE
In a nutshell. What could philanthropy at its very best look like for a growth-stage startup in UX analytics? You tell us. There are no playbooks, no courses, no clear-cut standards even of what good” looks like. So we'll be looking to the creativity, strategy & ambition of our first Director of Philanthropy to chart a path forward.
How you will make an impact:
Strategy. You will create a culture of philanthropy at Contentsquare designed to bring philanthropy into the impact ethos that is a critical element of the culture of Contentsquare. Leveraging our global team you will build a culture of giving in the company & bring the biggest issues of our time to the company so that our collective resources can be a force for good.
Program Management. You will help to ensure that our philanthropic goals are met & that the associated programs are created so we can honor our deep commitment to strategic philanthropy.
Employee Giving. You will design giving programs to activate our people in a way that will support a culture of giving.Corporate Giving. Understanding the goals of our impact team you will align & oversee the philanthropic strategy to support the philanthropic goals.
Partnerships: Cultivate a network of NGO partners to align with overall philanthropic strategy

Background. We are diploma-agnostic for this position. Your track record will speak for itself. We are looking for at least 6+ years of corporate social impact or philanthropic experience project & preferably two years in a startup or growth focused organization.
