Following the success of our wearable event last year, we've had a number of requests to talk about wearable again - notably smart glasses and smart watches. Time to revisit.
With smart glasses and smart watches staking their claim in our technology ecosystem, wearable devices are the next step in the evolution of computing devices. In this talk,Andrewfrom APX Labs shares experiences from a developers perspective in working with wearable devices, including big picture technical challenges and the solutions to these challenges.
About Andrew ... AndrewSugaya recently graduated at the top of his class with a B.S. and M.Eng. from MIT and is now a senior software engineer at APX Labs. As part of the research and development group at APX Labs, he works with wearable displays and devices for enterprise solutions. He is the winner of several hackathons, including the Qualcomm Uplinq 2013 Hackathon, where he won the grand prize for the Internet of Things category.
