As artificial intelligence evolves, we can use AI to work alongside people & extend our human abilities.Wei Wei & his colleagues will join us to present their research & principles that form theIntelligent Cognitive Experience (ICX) DesignSystem.

Wei Wei, Han-shen Chen, & Chia-wei Liu are the co-instructors of the Interface Cognitive A.I. course at Parsons as well as the co-creators of the ICX design system. The system is created to facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, & to develop the human-centered experience of symbiotic cooperation between humans & intelligent machine agents.

By walking through Human Cognitive Processes & design experimenting with Cognitive Computing Technologies, our speakers will share some ideas how to create Intelligent Machine Agents (IMA)which are capable of discovering complex contexts, identifying human needs, predicting outcomes, & supporting solutions. Students from the class will also present their projects.
