We have high-end chocolate, barkeries, food trucks nearby (I always get hungry) and there's nothing stuffy about us. If you take cream and sweetener that's fine. But, taste it first, you might be in for a happy surprise.
I have spent the past twenty years researching various aspects it takes to drink the best coffee. It's all here atCoffeeCon. I've personally selected every presenter and topic. Believe me, it will be life changing and it's a great value. .

Age limit to enter the event?
Children under 12 may enter for free with an adult.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes you may purchase tickets for others and give as gifts. However you might want to enter the persons name so they can win prizes. You must be present to win and names will be called from the registration. We had so many coffee give-a-ways last year that almost everyone left with something.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes on your Eventbrite account.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
All you have to do to get in is bring your printed ticket with code or your phone to be instantly scanned in and admitted.

What is the refund policy?
100% refund up to 7 days before the event.
 
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
That's OK but you might not win any prizes which are valued from $10 to $500 as only the registered names are entered into the drawings.

Are there any extra fees?
The only extra fee above a general admission ticket is an advance purchase for George Howell's 2.5 hour tasting seminar, covering such things as glassware, samples and strictly limited enrollment. The generaly admission ticket give you access the rest of our event, all our exhibitor samples (more than you can drink) all the classes, and prize giveways. Exhibitors are permitted to sell merchandise, but you can spend all day and not spend an extra dime. There are excellent, value-priced food trucks parked just outside. We offer free botteled water to all attendees to cleanse their palates during the event. Add up a few coffees and you'll see what a great value a ticket is!
